Where children are engaged, friendships are built, and learning about Jesus is meaningful and fun.
Discipleship that begins at home.
We believe discipleship begins at home, and parents play an essential role in this journey. That’s why Kingdom Kidz partners closely with parents to nurture and grow children in faith — not as a substitute for the family, but as a faithful companion to it.
Our gospel-centred Sunday School classes meet during the worship service and are tailored to four age groups, so every child is met where they are, with stories and lessons they can connect with.

Each class begins after the worship songs, usually from 10:45am to 12:00 noon.

Walking with families
Hope EFC is a family-centred church. We acknowledge our responsibility to nurture families and equip parents to disciple their own children. While almost all of our church activities are intergenerational, we make time for parents and families to dialogue and share their parenting experiences in light of Scripture.
Walking together as parents
We hold regular meetings with parents to better understand their struggles and needs, and to encourage one another as we journey together in raising our children in faith. No-one parents alone here.
Engaged, befriended, formed
Kingdom Kidz is where children are engaged, friendships are built, and learning about Jesus is both meaningful and fun. Our Senior Explorers (ages 10–12) dive deeper into the Word in age-appropriate ways that prepare them for the years ahead.
Equipped to teach with grace
Our Sunday School teachers are richly blessed by ongoing training. We recently hosted Rev Tim Nicholls for workshops on “Building an Effective Children’s Ministry” and “Presenting the Gospel to Children” — investing in those who invest in our children.

Whether your child is brand new to church or has grown up in one, they are warmly welcome here. Come early on Sunday for breakfast at 9:15am, join the family service at 10am, and your child will be invited to Kingdom Kidz after the worship songs.
