Smaller circles of friendship, study, and prayer where the Christian life is actually lived — one shared meal, one open Bible, one honest conversation at a time.
Christian growth was never meant to be solo.
Discovering God’s purpose for our lives is not just a personal pursuit. From the very beginning, Jesus called His disciples into a community — a small group of ordinary people learning to follow Him together. The early church carried this on, devoting themselves to teaching, fellowship, breaking bread, and prayer. We need each other to grow.
That’s why we have Discipleship Groups (DGs) — smaller communities within Hope EFC where we connect more deeply, study the Scriptures together, pray for one another, and walk together through life’s joys and trials.
They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer… All the believers were together and had everything in common.Acts 2:42, 44
Authentic Fellowship
A safe place to be known and to know others — sharing meals, stories, struggles and joys, just as the early church did.

We open the Bible together, ask honest questions, and help one another apply God’s truth to the everyday details of our lives.

We spur one another on toward love and good deeds — a kind of friendship that gently challenges, encourages, and never gives up on us.
