TO CONNECT IS TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS. Each member has a significant role and place in the body of Christ. The shared life is defined by the self-giving love of Jesus who is our head. At Hope we teach the ‘one-another’ principle of body-life to strengthen community and wellbeing.
#WORSHIP
WORSHIP IS MAKING MUCH OF GOD. Worship is the all-embracing activity of glorifying God every moment of life. Jesus said that true worshippers worship in spirit and in truth. At Hope, we seek to submit will and affection to Jesus who says, “Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.”
#GROW
SPIRITUAL LIFE HAS TO BE CULTIVATED. Growth is a sign of life and Christ’s likeness is the goal. It is neither automatic or inherited. At Hope, we equip the nurture of spiritual life through daily repentance and drawing near to Jesus until he is our heart’s only treasure.
#SERVE
SERVICE IS LOVE IN ACTION. Jesus came to serve and not to be served. This makes every follower of Jesus a servant at heart. We are not saved by serving, but we are certainly saved to serve. At HOPE, love for God is evidenced in our service to others.
